View a Risk Survey

You can view risk surveys that are associated with change orders. If a user submitted the risk survey for that change order, you can view the survey answers to assess the change order risk.

To view a risk survey

1. Open the change order.

   The Change Order Detail page appears.

2. Click View Survey.

   The survey appears.
