Update Conflict Status Details

You can select a change order that has a conflict, and update the conflict details.

To update conflict status details

  1. On the Administration tab, navigate to Service Desk, Change Orders, Conflict Status.

    The Change Conflict Status List appears.

  2. Click the status name for which you want details.

    The Change Conflict Status Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    You can edit the fields.

  4. Update the details and click Save.

    The conflict status is updated.
