Update a Message Routing Server

You can update the Socket Server Host, Socket Server Port, or the HTTP connection URL information for a Message Routing Server.

To update a message routing server object

1. Select Settings, Message Routing Servers from the Support Automation menu.

   The Message Routing Servers List page appears.

2. Click a Message Routing Server.

   The Update Message Routing Server page appears.

3. Modify any of following fields:

   Active

   Specifies that the message routing server is active.

   Label

   Specifies the name of the message routing server.

   Socket Server Host

   Specifies the host for the socket server.

   Socket Server Port

   Specifies the port for the socket server.

   HTTP Connection URL

   Specifies the URL for the HTTP connection.

   Click Save.

   The Message Routing Server is updated.
