Disable a Message Routing Server

If you no longer need a Message Routing Server object, but do not want to remove it entirely from the system, you can disable it.

To disable a message routing server object

1. Select Settings, Message Routing Servers from the Support Automation menu.

   The Message Routing Servers List page appears.

2. Click a Message Routing Server.

   The Message Routing Server Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Message Routing Server page appears.

4. Clear the Active check box and click Save.

   The Message Routing Server is disabled.
