Update Attribute Controls

You can update an attribute control.

To update an attribute control

1. On the Attribute Control list, right-click the desired attribute control, and select View.

   The Dependent Attribute Control detail page appears.

2. Click Edit.

   The Update Dependent Attribute Control page appears.

3. Complete the following fields as appropriate.

   Attribute

   Displays the name of the attribute control.

   Active

   Specifies the attribute as active or inactive.

   Locked

   Specifies the attribute as locked (read only) while the ticket is in the status for which the dependent attribute is defined.

   Required

   Specifies the attribute as required (must be supplied).

4. Click Save.

   The updated attribute control appears on the Attribute Control list.
