Update a Queue Summary

You can view the fields displayed in the queue summary or modify the order in which the fields are displayed.

To update the queue summary fields list

1. Select Queues, Queue Summary from the Support Automation menu.

   The Queue Summary Fields List page appears.

2. Click a field name.

   The Queue Summary Field Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Queue Summary Field page appears.

4. Modify any of the following fields:

   Field

   Specifies the field name.

   Order

   Specifies the order that you want the field to display.

   Click Save.

   The changes are saved.
