You can compose the fields that an analyst views in the Queue Summaries page. You can select from the following set of fields for the queue summary, but you cannot create fields:
- Queue
- Question
- Wait Time
- E-mail
- Company
- IP Address
- Owning Analyst
- Category
- Language
- Tenant
