View Configuration Item Events

You can view a record of significant actiona that occur regarding a CI. The event list contains a record of the events associated with the CI. You maintain events, or procedures the system follows after a certain amount of time has elapsed. For example, an event might send a notification to an analyst if a CI has been updated.

Follow these steps:

1. Select a configuration item on the Configuration Item List page.

   The Configuration Item Detail page appears.

2. Click Show Log on the Versioning tab.

   A list of configuration events for this CI appears.
