View Requests

You can view summary information for request tickets on the Request List page.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To display the Request List page

  1. Select Requests from the Scoreboard.

    The Requests folder expands to reveal nested folders for Assigned and Unassigned requests.

  2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned folder.

    The folder expands to reveal a nested folder for All, and folders for requests grouped by priority level.

  3. Select the folder for the requests you want to see.

    The Request List page appears.

  4. (Optional) Click Show Filter and complete one or more of the fields to specify search criteria that restricts the list to the requests of interest.

  5. Click Search.

    The Request List page displays summaries of the requests that match your search criteria.

  6. Click the Request # link to view the request of interest.

    The Request Detail page appears.
