View Risk Ranges

You can view risk values and weightages of risk survey questions.

To view risk ranges

1. Open the Risk Survey Detail page and click Risk Range.

   The Risk Range List shows risk values:

   Risk level

   Specifies the level of risk.

   Risk value

   Specifes the value of the risk level.

   Minimum Value

   Specifies the minimum weightage value.

   Maximum Value

   Specifies the maximum weightage value.

2. Select Edit in List to modify minimum and maximum values.

   Important! You must specify valid risk ranges or the risk survey template is not activated.

3. Specify the range of values for each category of change based on the questions and their weight as follows:
   • High Risk Level -- 21-25
   • Medium-High Risk Level -- 16-20
   • Medium Risk Level -- 8-15
   • Low Risk Level -- 0-7
