View Transition Types

You can view information about the transition types for status transitions.

To view a transition type

1. On the Administration tab, select Service Desk, Requests/Incidents/Problems, Transition Types.
2. The Transition Type List appears and lists attributes.

   Symbol

   Displays the name of the transition type.

   Button Text

   Displays the name of the status transition button that appears on the Incident or Request page.

   Description

   Provides a detailed description of the record.

   Record Status

   Specifies whether the database record is active or inactive.
