Create Knowledge Tree Documents

You can create a Knowledge Tree Document from the Knowledge tab.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list. The public (shared) option creates the object for all tenants.

To create a Knowledge Tree Document

1. Select the desired knowledge category.
2. Click File, New Knowledge Tree Document.

   The Create New Tree Document page appears.

3. Complete the following fields:
   • Title
   • Summary
   • Problem
   • Notes
4. Choose a Document Template from the drop down.
   • Built in - Knowledge Document
   • Built in - Knowledge Tree
   • Built in - Quick Editing
5. Click Save or Save and Close.

   Note: You can use the Tree Designer when you open a Knowledge Tree Document for editing. For more information, see Use the Tree Designer.
