Edit a Contact in the Quick Profile

You can edit the information for a contact within the Quick Profile.

To edit a contact in the Quick Profile

  1. Select View, Quick Profile in the Service Desk tab.

    The Quick Profile Contact Search window opens.

    Note: Depending on your role, Quick Profile may be available through the Quick Profile tab, or a Quick Profile button on a ticket detail page.

  2. Complete one or more of the search fields for the contact, and click Search.

    The Quick Profile Contact List populates with those contacts that match your search criteria.

  3. Select the contact you want to edit.

    The right pane displays the information for that contact.

  4. Click Edit This Contact.

    The Update Contact page appears.
