Edit a Timer Setup Code

You can edit timer setup codes.

To edit a timer setup code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timer Setups on the Administration tab.

   The Timer Setup List page appears.

2. Select the code you want to edit.

   The Timer Setup Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Timer Setup page appears.

4. Edit the fields as appropriate.

   See Timer Setup Fields for field descriptions.

5. Click Save.

   The updated code definition is saved.
