Search for a Timer Setup Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the timer setup list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a timer setup code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timer Setups on the Administration tab.

   The Timer Setup List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Timer Setup Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Timer Setup List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
