Find Similar Tab

The Find Similar tab allows you to search for similar documents that may contain knowledge solutions and possibly avoid creating duplicate information.

You can also create the following relationships by using the context menu:

• Link the document as a See Also
• Link the document as a Parent
• Link the document as a Child

To find similar documents

1. Open the Knowledge Document.

   The Knowledge Document opens.

2. Select the Find Similar tab.

   The Knowledge Search list appears.

3. Use the following options to find similar documents:
   • Search
   • Advanced Search
   • Reset Search
4. Close the window.
