Image Fields

The following fields require explanation:

File

Opens the Attachment Selection window so you can select a .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png file to insert from the Attachment Library.

Image URL

Defines the location at which the image to insert resides. You can use .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png images.

Example: \\c:\images\trees.png

Alternate Text

Defines a text string to display when the web browser cannot display images.

Alignment

Specifies the alignment of the image in the document or template. Select one of the following values:

Not set

Uses the web browser default alignment to display the item.

Left

Aligns the item to the left, with adjacent text flowing to the right of the item.

Right

Aligns the item to the right, with adjacent text flowing to the left of the item.

Texttop

Aligns the top of the item with the top of the tallest character in the current line of text.

Absmiddle

Aligns the middle of the item with the middle of the characters in the current line of text.

Baseline

Aligns the bottom of the item with the baseline of the current line of text.

Absbottom

Aligns the bottom of the item with the bottom of the lowest character (for example, a lowercase q) in the current line of text.

Bottom

Aligns text in the same paragraph at the bottom of the item.

Middle

Aligns text in the same paragraph at the center of the item.

Top

Aligns text in the same paragraph at the top of the item.

Note: Alignment may differ slightly depending upon the web browser used, regardless of the Alignment box setting.

Border Thickness

Defines the width (in pixels) of the border around the image.

Horizontal

Defines the amount of blank space (in pixels) to leave to the left and right of the image.

Vertical

Defines the amount of blank space (in pixels) to leave above and below the image.

This dialog contains the following buttons:
