Insert an Image

You can insert an image into your document or template in the HTML Editor.

To insert an image

1. Select Insert, Image.

   The Insert Image dialog appears.

2. Specify the location of the image by doing one of the following:
   • Click Browse to locate the file on your computer.
   • In Image URL specify the Uniform Resource Locator of the image.

     Example: \\c:\images\trees.png

   You can use .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png images.

3. Complete the fields to customize your image settings.
4. Click OK.

   The image appears in the HTML editor.
