Issue Category Search Fields

The following search fields are available on the Issue Category Search page:

Symbol

Indicates the display identifier for the category.

Assignee

Indicates the name of the analyst assigned to issues in this category. Enter a value directly or click the Lookup Icon button to select a value from the Analyst List.

Code

Indicates the unique internal system identifier for the category.

Active

Indicates whether the category is active or inactive.

Defined by Contract?

Indicates whether the category was created as a part of a Service Contract definition.

Description

Gives a detailed description of the category.

Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
