Search for a Workshift Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the workshift list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a workshift code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Workshifts on the Administration tab.

   The Workshift List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Workshift Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Workshift List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
