Map Priorities to Service Contracts

You can assign a priority to a service type.

To assign a priority to a service type

1. From the Service Contract Detail page, select the Priorities tab.
2. Click Map Priority.

   The Create New Service Type Map page appears.

3. Enter the Service Type and priority you want to assign to this service type for this service contract.
4. Click Save.

   The mapping is saved and the window closes.
