Map Urgencies to Service Contracts

You can assign an urgency to a service type.

To assign an urgency to a service type

1. From the Service Contract Detail page, select the Urgencies tab.
2. Click Map Urgency.

   The Create New Service Type Map page appears.

3. Enter the Service Type and urgency you want to assign to this service type for this service contract.
4. Click Save.

   The mapping is saved and the window closes.
