Change Order History for a Contact

From this page you can also search or create Change Orders for a contact. The following fields appear when you click Change Order History on the left pane of the Quick Profile Browser:

Change #

Specifies the Change Order number.

Status

Specifies the Change Order status, such as Closed or RFC.

Open Date

Specifies the date the contact created the Change Order.

Prio

Specifies the priority of the Change Order.

Category

Specifies the category where the Change Order was created.

Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
