Request History for a Contact

From this page you can also search or create Requests for a contact. The following fields appear when you click Request History on the left pane of the Quick Profile Browser:

Request #

Specifies the Request number.

Status

Specifies the Request status, such as Open or Work In Progress.

Open Date

Specifies the date the contact created the Request.

Prio

Specifies the priority of the Request.

Type

Specifies Request, Incident, or Problem in the search filter.

Assignee

Specifies the assignee for the Request.

Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
