Search Forums

You can search forums from the Knowledge tab.

To view a forum

1. Click the Knowledge tab.

   The Knowledge Search appears.

2. Select Forums from the dropdown.
3. Do any of the following:
   • Enter your keywords, Click Search.

   Your search results appear.

   • Click Advanced Search.

     Use the advanced search fields.

   Search for a forum.

   Your search results appear.

4. Click a forum.

   The Forum opens.
