Edit a Forum

You can edit a forum thread after you create or search for it.

To edit a forum

1. Open a forum.
2. Click Edit.

   The Update Forum page appears.

3. Complete the appropriate fields:

   Category

   Opens the Knowledge Category List page. Use this to specify a category for your new forum.

   Submitter

   Displays the submitter of the new forum.

   Priority

   Sets the priority of the new forum.

   Title

   Defines the title of the new forum.

   Question

   Defines the question for the new forum.

   Click Spell Check All Fields.

   (Optional) The Spell Check Results page appears if there are spelling errors.

4. Click the following tabs and add appropriate information:
   • Content
   • Attributes
   • Notifications
   • History
5. Do any of the following:
   • Click Save and continue editing.
   • Click Save and Close.
   • Click User View.
