The History tab lets you search for event details on a forum, such as when it was created, edited, and so on. This tab lets you search the history as well as displays the following read-only fields:
Displays the event such as, Document was created.
Displays the user that caused the event.
Displays the time of the event.
Displays the version number of the event.
Displays a link to details about the event.
