Create a Forum from a Knowledge Category

You can create a forum from a Knowledge Category.

To create a forum from a Knowledge Category

1. Click the Knowledge tab.

   The Knowledge Search appears.

2. Do any of the following:
   • Right click a category, click New Forum.
   • Click File, New Forum.
   • Click the Create a New Forum icon.

   The Create New Forum page opens.
