Create a Forum from a Ticket

You can create a forum when you open any of the following:

To create a forum from a ticket

  1. Click a support ticket.

    For example, click an incident from My Incidents on the Service Desk tab.

    The Incident opens.

  2. Click the Knowledge tab on the ticket.

    The Knowledge Search appears.

  3. Click New Forum.

    The Create New Forum page appears.

  4. Resume creating the forum.
  5. Click Save when you are finished.
