Search for an Incident or Request

You can view a list of your open or closed incident or request tickets.

Note: Depending on how your administrator has configured your service desk, you work with either incident tickets or request tickets (not both).

To display a list of your incident tickets

  1. Click the link to your open or closed incidents in the "Look up my existing tickets" section of your home page.

    The incident ticket list appears.

  2. Click the Incident # link to display the ticket of interest.

    The Incident Detail page appears. You can now edit the ticket, add comments, attach documents, close or reopen the ticket by clicking the appropriate button in the upper-right corner of the page.

To display a list of your request tickets

  1. Click the link to your open or closed requests in the "Look up my existing tickets" section of your home page.

    The request ticket list appears.

  2. Click the Request # link to display the ticket of interest.

    The Request Detail page appears. You can now edit the ticket, add comments, attach documents, close or reopen the ticket by clicking the appropriate button in the upper-right corner of the page.
