You can view a list of your open or closed issue tickets.
To display a list of your issue tickets
The issue ticket list appears.
The Issue Detail page appears. You can now view or edit the ticket, attach documents, add comments to the log, close, or reopen the ticket by clicking the appropriate button in the upper-right corner of the page.
