Search for a Severity Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the severity list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for an severity code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Severities on the Administration tab.

   The Severity List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Severity Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Severity List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
