Search Change Orders

You can enter filter values on the Change Order Search page to list only the change orders of interest, or leave the fields blank to display a listing of all change orders.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, the list page displays Tenant and Public Data settings in the search filter. Public Data can be Excluded or Included with Tenant data; Only searches for public objects exclusively. On detail pages, select the appropriate tenant from the list. If you select <empty>, the object is public.

To search for a change order

1. Select Search, Change Orders on the menu bar of the Scoreboard.

   The Change Order Search page appears.

2. (Optional) Complete one or more of the fields to specify your search criteria.

   See Change Order Search Fields for field definitions.

3. Click Search.

   The Change Order List page displays summaries of the change orders that match your search criteria.

4. Click the Change Order # link to view the change order of interest.

   The Change Order Detail page appears.
