Search Issues

You can enter filter values on the Issue Search page to list only the issues of interest, or leave the fields blank to display a listing of all issues.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, the list page displays Tenant and Public Data settings in the search filter. Public Data can be Excluded or Included with Tenant data; Only searches for public objects exclusively. On detail pages, select the appropriate tenant from the list. If you select <empty>, the object is public.

To search for an issue

1. Select Search, Issues on the menu bar of the Scoreboard.

   The Issue Search page appears.

2. (Optional) Complete one or more of the fields to specify your search criteria.

   See Issue Search Fields for field definitions.

3. Click Search.

   The Issue List page displays summaries of the issues that match your search criteria.

4. Click the Issue # link to view the issue of interest.

   The Issue Detail page appears.
