View Issues

You can view summary information for issue tickets on the Issue List page.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To display the Issue List page

  1. Select Issues from the Scoreboard.

    The Issues folder expands to reveal nested folders for Assigned and Unassigned issues.

  2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned folder.

    The folder expands to reveal a nested folder for All, and folders for issues grouped by priority level.

  3. Select the folder for the issues you want to see.

    The Issue List page appears.

  4. (Optional) Click Show Filter and complete one or more of the fields to specify search criteria that restricts the list to the issues of interest.

  5. Click Search.

    The Issue List page displays summaries of the issues that match your search criteria.

  6. Click the Issue # link to view the issue of interest.

    The Issue Detail page appears.
