View Related Knowledge and Document Links

You can manage category and document links within a document. Related knowledge and document links let users find a document in multiple places, such as in a parent or child document.

You can use the default templates (Built-In Knowledge Document and Built-In Knowledge Tree) to create document relationships, such as See Also links, parent-child links, and tenant.

Note: You can only add links to an unpublished knowledge document. If the document is already published, open the document in edit or rework mode to create document links.
