View a CI Relationship

You can access the Configuration Item Relationship Detail page to view a configuration item's relationships.

To view configuration item relationships

1. On the Scoreboard, open the Configuration Items folder, and open a folder under Active or Inactive.

   The Configuration Item List appears.

2. Select the CI of interest.

   The Configuration Item Detail page appears.

3. Select the CMDB Relationships tab.

   The Configuration Item Relationship List appears.

4. On a relationship row, right-click any link and select View.

   The CI Relationship Detail page appears.
