View Change Orders

You can view summary information for change order tickets on the Change Order List page.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To display the Change Order List page

  1. Select Change Orders from the Scoreboard.

    The Change Orders folder expands to reveal nested folders for Assigned and Unassigned change orders.

  2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned folder.

    The folder expands to reveal a nested folder for All, and folders for change orders grouped by priority level.

  3. Select the folder for the change orders you want to see.

    The Change Order List page appears.

  4. (Optional) Click Show Filter and complete one or more of the fields to specify search criteria that restricts the list to the change orders of interest.

  5. Click Search.

    The Change Order List page displays summaries of the change orders that match your search criteria.

  6. Click the Change Order # link to view the change order of interest.

    The Change Order Detail page appears.
