View a CA Workflow Process

The Process Viewer lets you monitor the progress of workflow tasks. The process viewer graphically displays every step of the change order approval process, including complete and incomplete steps and the current location of a workflow progression.

To view a CA Workflow process

1. Associate a CA Workflow process with a change category.
2. Create or edit a change order.

   Add the change category with the associated CA Workflow process.

3. Save and refresh the change order.
4. Select the Workflow Tasks tab and click View Process.

   The Process Viewer appears.

5. Click Refresh.
