Knowledge Documents

The Knowledge Documents node on the CA SDM Scoreboard contains the documents and follow-up comments that are assigned to you or your group. This node is the central repository for documents in any status, including saved and assigned draft and rework-draft documents.

Important! Depending on your role, you may not have access to all the functionality described in this section. For example, some predefined roles can view documents but cannot edit or publish documents.
