Change a Forum Status

You can change the status of a forum from the Knowledge tab.

To change a forum status

1. Click the Knowledge tab.

   Search for a forum.

2. Click the forum name.

   The Forum page opens.

3. Click Update Status in the Page Options menu.

   The Status Update page opens.

4. Select one of the following from the New Status dropdown:
   • Answered
   • Open
   • Resolved
5. Click Save.

   The forum is updated.
