Reply to a Forum

You can reply to a forum from the Knowledge tab.

To reply to a forum

1. Click the Knowledge tab.

   Search for a forum.

2. Click the forum name.

   The Forum page opens.

3. Click Reply in the Page Options menu.

   The Create New Reply page opens.

4. Complete the appropriate fields:

   Reply Type

   Choose one of the following

   • Answer

     Allows you to answer the question.

   • Clarification

     Allows you to ask for a clarification of the question.

   Quick View

   Displays the answer in Quick View mode.

   HTML Source

   Allows you to answer using HTML.

   Attach Document

   Allows you to attach a local file to the reply.

5. Click Save.

   The reply is saved.

6. Close the window.
