When you select a conclusion node in the Tree pane, the right pane contains the text defined in the knowledge tree for the selected node. The conclusion text typically describes the resolution for a particular problem, the final step in a procedure, or a possible termination point in a query. You can edit text directly in the Conclusion Text (HTML) pane, or you can click Edit Conclusion Text (HTML) to open the HTML Editor so you can more precisely format the text.
You can use the following keyboard shortcuts when editing text in the pane:
Puts a copy of the currently selected text on the Clipboard.
Removes the currently selected text and puts it on the Clipboard.
Pastes previously copied or cut text at the current cursor position.
Reverses the previous action.
Reverses the previous Undo action.
For more robust editing, click Edit Conclusion Text (HTML) to use the HTML Editor to define the layout and content of the text.
This pane contains the following fields:
Defines the text of the resolution for a particular problem, the final step in a procedure, or a possible termination point in a query.
Specifies to display content in the associated field as it appears at runtime.
Specifies to display content in the associated field as editable HTML source code. Select this option to make simple changes directly to the HTML code.
This pane contains the following button:
Opens the HTML Editor so you can use plain text or HTML elements to design a conclusion for a query in the knowledge tree document.
