Find Similar

You can search for similar documents that may contain knowledge solutions. Locating similar documents can help you avoid creating duplicate information. You can also create knowledge relationships from the context menu.

To find similar documents

Open the Knowledge Document.
The Knowledge Document opens.
Click the Find Similar tab.
The Knowledge Search list appears.
Use the following options to find similar documents:
- Search
- Advanced Search
- Reset Search
Close the window.
