View Problems

You can view summary information for problem tickets on the Problem List page.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To display the Problem List page

  1. Select Problems from the Scoreboard.

    The Problems folder expands to reveal nested folders for Assigned and Unassigned problems.

  2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned folder.

    The folder expands to reveal a nested folder for All, and folders for problems grouped by priority level.

  3. Select the folder for the problems you want to see.

    The Problem List page appears.

  4. (Optional) Click Show Filter and complete one or more of the fields to specify search criteria that restricts the list to the problems of interest.

  5. Click Search.

    The Problem List page displays summaries of the problems that match your search criteria.

  6. Click the Problem # link to view or edit the problem of interest.

    The Problem Detail page appears.
